With
more than 20 years active experience in upper-level business
management & communication, Terri has the natural ability
to facilitate solutions by listening, observing and talking
with people.
Her
extensive experience gives her the natural ability to help
those with seemingly competing interests find common ground
on which they can base their solutions. She approaches each
mediation with integrity, honesty, caring and a sincere desire
to help parties work toward a fair resolution for all concerned.

In
addition, since she began mediating, Terri continues to learn
more about her craft by taking over 345 hours of mediation
and legal training (which can be found on her resume). Terri
also gives speeches, presentations and conducts one-on-one
coaching to organizations concerned with internal conflict
resolution. She also helps companies and employees negotiate
severance packages. Organizations will often enlist Terri
to address and help solve conflicts between management and
employees and between employees. She also conducts public
forums negotiating conflict between groups with differing
interests.
