MEDIATION INFORMATION - FEE SCHEDULE

Full Day Mediation - flat fee of $950.00 per party for a full day session (eight hours). This fee covers the session, time spent reading any and all correspondence, limited number of post-mediation telephone conferences (not to exceed one hour), scheduling session and lunch (if in Austin). Each hour after the 8th hour is billed at a rate of $125 per party. Call for fees for out-of-town cases.

Half-day Mediation - flat fee of $500.00 per party for four hours. Each hour after four hours is billed at a rate of $125 per party.

Payment – is due on or before the day of the scheduled mediation. Checks should be made out to Terri Haas. Tax i.d. number is 11-3666357.

Travel Expenses – If the mediation occurs outside of the Austin area, travel expenses (meals, airfare, ground transportation, site charge, etc.) will be charged and split equally between the parties. There is no charge for travel time. The parties will receive an invoice within seven days after the mediation and payment is due upon receipt.

Mediation Locations – Terri Haas mediates primarily in Texas but is willing to travel to other cities throughout the U.S. She has mediated in the following cities: Houston, Dallas, Tyler, College Station, San Antonio, Midland, Corpus Christi, Beaumont, Fort Worth, Waco and Jacksonville, Florida and Stuart, Florida.

Follow-up – For cases that require additional communication directed by the mediator, there is no charge for the first hour. Any additional time needed by the mediator will be billed at a rate of $125 per hour per party.
